Membership
Annual dues are $380 for regular members and $190 for non-profits and academic members. Additional members from organizations with one current member enrolled at the regular rate are $200. If you have questions about dues, please contact Lisa at 815-464-6019 or by e-mail.
Membership in AECRE provides a host of benefits, including numerous educational and networking opportunities:
Annual Conference - AECRE holds an annual 2-1/2 day conference in the late spring featuring an outstanding educational program consisting of panels, workshops and roundtables. Unlimited networking opportunities are provided.
Fall Forum - AECRE holds an annual 1-day forum in a major metropolitan area. The meeting features sessions on the latest innovations, developments, and issues of the day-plus networking opportunities such as the "get-to-know-you" luncheon.
Regional Networking Luncheons - AECRE members in Chicago, Atlanta and New York have recently rolled out quarterly networking events. These offer members exciting opportunities to casually join together and discuss topics of mutual interest. These events are short in duration, and draw members and guests from the immediate geographic area. Guests are welcome to attend with an AECRE member.
Corporate Real Estate and The Law® - The Association publishes a newsletter, several times per year, replete with highly professional educational articles and updates on current legal developments. Member Directory - The online directory is considered one of our most valuable networking tools.
Website - Since networking in the Association is a major benefit, AECRE's website offers a section for members only. Features include:
- Bulletin Board- Members may post questions, comments and news directly to the Bulletin Board (listerv system automatically sends to members via email).
- Library- Contains newsletters with informational articles; available in pdf format.
- Membership Directory- An up-to-date searchable membership directory is housed on the website. Member listings appear in a format similar to the sample of our immediate past chairman's listing below:
